Membership Refund Policy

At G-GIVE [Gahoi - Global Initiative for Ventures & Entrepreneurs] ("G-GIVE," "we," "us," "our"), we are committed to providing high-quality membership experiences that promote entrepreneurship, mentorship, and networking opportunities.
This Membership Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds may or may not be granted for membership fees.
1. General Policy
· All membership fees paid to G-GIVE are non-refundable once the application is approved and the membership is activated.
· Membership is considered active from the date of confirmation, irrespective of attendance at events or utilization of member benefits.
· Membership fees are paid to access a network of resources, programs, and opportunities, and are not tied to individual event attendance.
2. Exceptions for Refund
Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, including:
· Duplicate Payment: If a member is charged more than once for the same membership term, the excess payment will be refunded.
· Application Rejection: If the membership application is rejected before activation, the full membership fee paid will be refunded.
· Processing Error: If a payment processing error occurs resulting in an incorrect charge, a refund will be provided.
In such cases, members must notify us within 30 days of the payment date by writing to [Email : hello@ggive.world ], attaching proof of payment and an explanation.
3. No Refunds for:
· Partial use of membership benefits
· Change of mind or personal circumstances
· Non-participation in events, programs, or initiatives
· Dissatisfaction with networking outcomes (as results are inherently variable)
4. Membership Transfer
Memberships are generally non-transferable to other individuals or organizations. However, in special circumstances (such as company ownership changes), transfer requests may be reviewed case-by-case at the sole discretion of G-GIVE.
5. Cancellation Policy
Members may choose to cancel their membership at any time.
However, cancellation will not entitle the member to a refund of any membership fee paid, either in full or in part.
6. Refund Processing Time
Where a refund is approved:
· Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
· Please allow up to 30 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
